Development of Technical Institutes.

Working towards developing three technical institutes to train students in the area of centralized cooling systems for residential and public buildings in the state of Akwa Ibom that can nurture and train young members of the population to possess the adequate skill set needed for the construction, implementation and maintenance of this concept.
